For some time now, Cendres+Métaux has been more than just a supplier of attachments and alloys.
With the Livento® press lithium disilicate ceramic and the Soprano® 10 veneering ceramic, Cendres+Métaux entered the ceramics business in early 2018.
Since 2021, Soprano® 14 has been available: the metal-ceramic material for veneering precious and non-precious alloys.
With the launch of Soprano® Surface in May 2021, we completed our ceramics portfolio. The shades of the Livento® and Soprano® product ranges are identical across all products.
Livento® Press – The high-performance press ceramic
Livento® press is an innovative lithium disilicate glass-ceramic.
Its homogeneous structure and high rigidity values are the key advantages of this innovative material.
The stability of Livento® press is apparent from the very first grinding step. The fit is therefore flawless, even after several firings.
The margins retain precisely the desired shape, making any complex finishing work unnecessary.
The shades remain stable, allowing restorations of strikingly lifelike quality.
Soprano 10 – The versatile multilayer zirconia
Soprano® 10 is a silicate glass-ceramic that is ideally suited to layering onto the Livento® press lithium disilicate glass-ceramic and onto zirconia.
This ceramic is thixotropic, meaning that Soprano® 10 remains viscous and therefore stable during build-up, allowing precise modelling and thus considerably reducing grinding time.
Thanks to the shade stability and brightness of Soprano® 10, the desired shade can be achieved using thin layers of incisal masses.
This shade stability is maintained even after several firings.
Soprano Surface – Ready-to-use ceramic paste for individual characterisation
- Soprano® Surface is quick and easy to apply, as the pastes can be used directly from the jar.
- The high stability of the material is equally convincing: both during modelling and during firing, the applied surface structure remains intact, which considerably reduces grinding.
- The colours of the pastes are also crucial during application, since the final shades are already visible during layering and remain unchanged after firing.
